Missing Person - Peter Oliver (56), Update: Found

Gardaí at Skibbereen Garda Station ae investigating the circumstances surrounding the disappearance of fifty six year old Peter Oliver who was last seen in the Skibbereen area on Friday 14th December 2018.

Peter OliverPeter is a native of the UK, he came to Skibbereen during the summer of 2018, he had previously lived in West Cork. Peter has had no contact with his family since the 14th December and they are extremely concerned for his safety and wellbeing.

Gardaí at Skibbereen have carried out extensive enquiries with Peter’s friends and family both here and in the UK, and with the Department of Social Protection and local hostels but there is no sign of Peter. There have been appeals made for Peter through social media platforms. Peter did not have his passport with him and there is no record of him having left the country. Peter has no access to money.

Peter is described as five foot seven inches in height of medium build with sallow skin, brown eyes, receding grey hair with a grey beard and approximately twelve stone in weight.

Peter’s family and the Gardaí are appealing to the public with any information in relation to Peter’s disappearance to come forward.
