Assault Causing Harm Investigation - Shop Street, Galway City

The Gardaí at Gaillimh station are investigating an Assault Causing Harm incident that occurred at Shop street Galway on 25 June 2025 at 1am.While male victim was socialising at a bar words were exchanged with the male suspect, who began to hit the victim over the head with a glass. The victim was hospitalised and received (6) staples to a head injury.
