Arrest under Misuse of Drugs on the 20/12/10 - Court appearance

A 39 year old man is due to appear before a sitting of Dublin District Court 3, at the Criminal Courts of Justice on 21st December 2010 at 10.30 a.m.

He is charged with offences under Sections 3 & 15 of the Misuse of Drugs Act.

This man was arrested on the 20th December on the North Circular Road and detained at Mountjoy Garda Station.
