The G.N.V.B. do not issue any application forms – they come from the registered organisation.  An applicant should always contact the relevant Liaison Person in the registered organisation in relation to their Garda vetting application.

Yes, you can track the progress of your online eVetting application here. All that is required is your unique application number and your date of birth to access the tracking facility.

Completed applications are processed usually between 5 and 8 working days of receipt of the application.

The G.N.V.B. will issue a disclosure for all completed applications. The vast majority of disclosures are NIL DISCLOSURE (containing no convictions or specified information).
