Fatal road traffic collision on the Pallasgreen to Cappamore Road, Bruff, Limerick on the 2/4/10

Gardai at Bruff, Limerick are investigating a single vehicle fatal traffic collision that occurred on the Pallasgreen to Cappamore Road at approximately 2.10 a.m. on the 2nd April, 2010.

The male driver of the vehicle (30 yrs) left the road and hit a tree.  He was the sole occupant and no other vehicles were involved.  His body was removed from the scene and taken to Midwest Regional Hospital Dooradoyle, Limerick where it is expected that a post mortem will take place this morning.


Garda Forensic Collision Investigators have examined the scene and the road has re-opened.
