Drug Seizure Mallow Co. Cork 14th May 2014

As part of on-going intelligence-led operations targeting the sale and supply of drugs, Gardai at Mallow have seized Drugs and made an arrest.

 

Gardai from the Mallow District Drug Unit stopped a car at Rockchapel, Mallow, Co. Cork at approximately 7.30pm yesterday. Cocaine (pending analysis) with an estimated street value of up to €44,000 was discovered in the car and the 19 year old male driver arrested.

 

The male is currently detained under the provisions of Section 2 of the Criminal Justice (Drug Trafficking) Act 1996 at Mallow Garda Station.
