The Garda National Wellbeing Office (GNWO) is a part of Garda Occupational Health and Wellbeing Directorate which is headed by the Chief Medical Officer.
The Office is to be established as part of the Garda Health and Wellbeing Strategy launched in May 2021.
The Wellbeing Office will have a cross cutting function, working with key stakeholders, to help all AGS personnel to maintain their health and wellbeing in order to carry out their duties safely and effectively.
