Fatal single vehicle road traffic collision at Galbally, Limerick on the 25/9/11

Gardai in Galbally are investigating a fatal single vehicle road traffic collision that occured at Curraghroche, Galbally, Limerick at 2.30a.m. this morning 25th September 2011.

A 24 year old male driver was fatally injured and one male (18 years) passenger was removed to Mid Western Regional Hospital with injuries.  His injuries are described as not life threatening.
 
The road has been closed to facilitate a Forensic Collision Investigation and diversions are in place.
