Gardai in Naas, Kildare are investigating a serious collision which occurred on the M7 (Portlaoise to Dublin motorway) at Queensboro (local towns land) just after Exit 6 on the inbound lane to Dublin at approx 4pm today, the 18th March 2011.
The collision involved a truck and a male pedestrian (45yrs). The male received serious injuries and was taken to Naas General Hospital where his description is described as critical. There was no one else injured in the collision.
One lane was closed for a Forensic collision examination and was re opened at 8pm.
