Hit and run collision at Irishtown Road, Dublin 4 on the 5/3/11 - Appeal

The Gardai at Irishtown are seeking the public's assistance in trying to trace the driver of a black jeep that was involved in a collision on the 5th March 2011.

The incident happened at approximately 8.45 p.m. on Irishtown Road, Dublin 4, outside the public library. A pedestrian, a boy aged 13 years, was struck by this vehicle which left the scene of the crash. The boy was taken to Crumlin Childrens and has since been released.  He suffered a broken ankle in the crash.
