Fatal Road Traffic Collision Castlebar, Co Mayo 04-10-10

Gardai are investigating a fatal road traffic collision on a minor road, at Shangort, Partry, Castlebar at 5.45 a.m. on the 4th of October 2010.

A man aged 27, was fatally injured when the SUV and trailer he was driving crashed at the above location.  There was no other vehicle involved in the crash.<_o3a_p>

The road at the scene is closed pending a forensic collision examination of the area.
