Gardaí from Mountjoy investigating the murder of Eamon Dunne on the 23/4/10 have arrested a 22 year old man in relation to this incident. The man was arrested at 7.45am this morning, the 3rd June in the Dublin 7 area.
He is currently detained at Mountjoy Garda Station under Section 30 of the offences against the State Act.

A Press briefing will be given at 12 midday today, the 24th April 2010 at Mountjoy Garda Station in relation to the fatal shooting Fassaugh Avenue, Cabra.
Gardai in Mountjoy are investigating the circumstances of a fatal shooting which occurred at approx 22.00hrs on the 23rd April 2010 at a premises on Fassaugh Avenue, Cabra, Dublin 7.
A male(34yrs) was fatally injured following a shooting incident. The deceased was pronounced dead at the scene. He was later removed to the city morgue where a post mortem will be carried out this morning by the State Pathologist Dr Marie Cassidy at the city morgue.
The gunman escaped in a waiting car.
