A 39 year old male will appear at Court No 4, Criminal Courts of Justice, Parkgate Street, Dublin 8, at 10.30am this morning, the 30/4/10 charged in relation to this incident.

As a part of an ongoing operation a house on Deasy’s Rd, Ballyfermot was searched this evening the 27th April 2010. Gardai from Ballyfermot Garda Station uncovered a firearm and a number of rounds of ammunition.
A male (39yrs) was arrested and is being detained under the provisions of section 30 of Offences Against the State Act as amended.
