To Dear Breda and Michael, I was so deeply saddened to hear of the death of your beloved son Kevin, having passed away while on duty, serving the people of Dublin in his efforts to keep peace and uphold the law. Equally, I was sorry to hear that this is the second child who has pre deceased you. There is something in this that defys the law of nature, our children should not go before us.
