Gardaí are appealing for witnesses in relation to an incident where a firearm was discharged at a domestic residence in the area of the Walled Gardens, Celbridge, Co. Kildare on Saturday 30th May 2026 at approximately 12:10am.
An adult male (aged in his 20s) was conveyed to hospital for treatment of injuries believed to be non-life threatening at the time.
A technical examination of the scene was conducted.
Gardaí are appealing for witnesses to this incident to contact them.
Any persons who were in the vicinity of the Walled Gardens, Celbridge between 11:45pm and 12:30am on Saturday 30th May and who may have any information or seen a motorcycle are asked to contact investigating Gardaí.
Anyone with camera footage (including dash-cam) is asked to make that footage available.
