Gardaí continue to investigate an incident of criminal damage by fire to Blackwater Garda Station, Blackwater, Co. Wexford on Tuesday 26th May 2026.

The male (aged in his 30’s), arrested on Thursday 28th May 2026 in connection with this investigation, has since been released without charge, pending a file to the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP).

Investigations are ongoing.
