22/05/2026 Update (2) – Serious Assault, Castlebar, Co Mayo, 23rd August 2025

Gardaí investigating the serious assault that occurred in the Tucker Street area of Castlebar, Co Mayo in the early hours of Saturday 23rd of August 2025 have charged four people.

The four males (three aged in their 20s and one in his late teens) are expected to appear before Castlebar District Court this morning, Friday 22nd May 2026 at 10:30am.
