Update (12) Fatal House Fire, Edenderry, Co. Offaly – 6th December 2025

An Garda Síochána continues to investigate all the circumstances of a fatal house fire that occurred at a domestic residence in Castleview Park, Edenderry, Co. Offaly on the evening of Saturday 6th December, 2025.

As part of this investigation, Gardaí have arrested a fourth male, a juvenile aged in his teens, today, Tuesday 28th April 2026.

All four males are currently detained at Garda stations in the midlands under Section 50 of the Criminal Justice Act, 2007.

Investigations are ongoing.
