Update: Man Arrested re Thefts of Agricultural Machinery and Livestock in Kerry & Cork West Divisions, 13th June, 2023.

The man, aged in his early 20s arrested as part of the ongoing Garda investigation into multiple reported thefts of agricultural machinery and livestock in the Kerry and Cork West divisions in late 2022 and early 2023 has been released from custody without charge.

He was released from the provisions of Section 50 of the Criminal Justice Act, 2007 late last night 16th June, 2023 and a file will now be prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.
