Update: Arrest, GNECB Investigation into Fraud Offences, 13th April 2021

The man, aged in his 40s, who was arrested on Tuesday 13th April 2021 by Gardaí attached to the Garda National Economic Crime Bureau (GNECB) in relation to fraud offences, has been released without charge.

A file will now be prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions in relation to this matter.
