Cocaine and Cannabis in excess of €900k seized and three arrested in Co Louth 15/12/2019

As part of ongoing intelligence led investigations associated with the Joint Agency Task Force (JATF) targeting suspected facilitators of drug trafficking into this jurisdiction an operation was carried out in Co Louth on Sunday, 15th December 2019. During the operation personnel attached to the Garda National Drugs and Organised Crime Bureau (GNDOCB) intercepted two vehicles simultaneously at approximately 1am while travelling in the vicinity of Ardee.

Missing Persons Bernard and Carol Devine, Portmarnock, Dublin

Gardaí in Malahide are seeking assistance from the public in locating 53-year-old Bernard Devine and his wife 53-year-old Carol Devine who have been missing from Woodford Lane, Portmarnock, Co. Dublin since early Tuesday morning, 10th December 2019.

Gardaí investigating the serious assault of the woman in her early 30s that occurred in Arklow, Co. Wicklow on Saturday 14th December, 2019 have charged the arrested man. The man (30s) is due to appear before Bray District Court this afternoon, Monday 16th December, 2019 charged in relation to the offence.

Further Arrest re murder of Timothy Hourihane, Cork 13th October, 2019

Gardaí investigating the murder of Timothy Hourihane (50s) that occurred at Mardyke Walk in Cork on 13th October, 2019 have made a second arrest. The man (30s) is currently detained at Portlaoise Garda Station under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1984. The man (20s) arrested earlier today remains in custody at Bridewell Garda Station.

Missing Person Appeal, Chantelle Doyle, 13 years

Gardaí in Coolock are seeking assistance from the public in locating Chantelle Doyle, 13 years, who was last seen in the vicinity of Dublin Airport on Saturday 14th December 2019. Chantelle is described as being approximately 5 foot 2 inches in height with a slight build, long brown hair and blue eyes. She was last seen wearing black boots, a pink fair jacket, blue jeans and a black top.

Update - 2 men charged - Fatal Shooting, Lucan, Monday 18th November 2019

The two men arrested in relation to the fatal shooting of a male that occurred in Lucan on Monday 18th November 2019 have been charged in relation to this incident this evening Monday 16th December 2019. Both men will appear before Blanchardstown District Court tomorrow morning Tuesday 17th December 2019.

Missing Person Sebastiana Paun 13 years Coolock Dublin

Gardaí are seeking the public's help in tracing the whereabouts of Sebastiana Paun, 13 years, who is missing from the Coolock area since 14/12/2019. She is described as 5'7", brown hair with blonde tips, of thin build with brown eyes. Sebastiana is known to frequent Dublin city centre and the Jervis Street area.
