Fatal Traffic Collision at the Rower between Graiguenamanagh and New Ross, Kilkenny on the 1/12/17

At approximately 2.30pm a single car collision occurred at the Rower between Graiguenamanagh and New Ross. The driver of the car, a man in his 70s, was pronounced dead at the scene a short time later. He was the sole occupant of the car.

Garda forensic collision investigators and PSV officers are at the crash site and the road is currently closed to traffic. Local diversions are currently in place.
