Woman and man arrested in connection with organised criminal activity in Cork on the 3/6/16

Gardaí have arrested a woman, 20 years and a man, 21 years as part of an ongoing investigation into organised criminal activity and serious assaults in the Cork City area.

The arrests occurred this morning, Friday 3rd June 2016 in the Blarney area and both persons are detained under Section 50 of the Criminal Justice Act, 2007 in Togher and Bridewell Garda Stations, Cork City.
