Drug Seizure and Arrest on Wolfe Tone Street, Dublin 1 on the 8/5/14

Gardaí at Store Street have seized drugs and arrested a male following a search of an apartment at Stafford House, Wolfe Tone Street, Dublin 1.

Gardaí conducted a planned search of the apartment at Wolfe Tone Street yesterday afternoon (8/05/14). During the course of the search cannabis plants (pending analysis) with an estimated street value of up to €100,000 was seized. Other drug paraphernalia was also seized during this operation.
 

A 32 year old man was arrested at the scene and he is currently detained under the provisions of Section 2 of the Criminal Justice (Drug Trafficking) Act 1996 at Store Street Garda Station.
