Arrest and Court Appearance - Robbery in Santry, Dublin on the 10/5/14

Gardaí in Santry are investigating a robbery of a shop that occurred on Lorcan Avenue, Santry, yesterday morning Friday 9th May, 2014 at approx 11a.m.

One man entered the shop and threatened staff and demanded money. He left the scene in a waiting car. During follow up searches of the area Gardai later arrested a man (late 40s) and he was taken to Santry Garda Station and was detained under Section 4, Criminal Justice Act.

He was charged in relation to the incident and appeared in Court No 2, Criminal Courts of Justice, Parkgate this morning Saturday 10th May, 2014.
