Serious assault investigation Coolock, Dublin - 9th March 2014

A male is recovering in hospital following an incident on Glin Road, Coolock, on the 9th of March 2014.

At approximately 11 p.m. a 24-year-old male sustained a number of stab wounds during an incident outside a house on Glin Road. He was taken by Ambulance to Beaumont Hospital. (His injuries are not believed to be life threatening)

The scene is preserved for a technical examination and enquiries are ongoing.
