Donaghmede Shooting victim Declan Smith dies in hospital

Declan Smith, 32 years, who was shot during an incident at Holywell Ave, Donaghmede on Friday 21st March, has died in Beaumont hospital overnight.

 A post mortem examination is expected to take place later today and will be carried out by the State Pathologist Professor Marie Cassidy . The Garda investigation into the incident is ongoing.
