A 19 year old man is due to appear at Dublin District Court No 3 at the Criminal Courts of Justice at 10.30 am 26th March 2014 charged in relation to a firearm seizure and not at Tallaght District Court as previously stated.

A 19 year old man in due to appear at Tallaght District Court at 10.30 am on the 26th March 2014 charged in relation to a firearm seizure.
Gardaí from the Tallaght District Drugs Unit arrested the man at Jobstown Road, Tallaght, this morning Tuesday, March 25th 2014 at approximately 00.40am.
Gardaí responding to a call in the Jobstown area, observed a male who was in possession of a firearm. The male attempted to leave the area and the Garda members pursued him on foot. They managed to disarm and arrest him.
The man is currently detained at Tallaght Garda Station.

Gardaí from the Tallaght District Drugs Unit arrested a man, 19 years, following the seizure of a firearm at Jobstown Road, Tallaght, this morning Tuesday, March 25th 2014 at approximately 00.40am.
Gardaí responding to a call in the Jobstown area, observed a male who was in possession of a firearm. The male attempted to leave the area and the Garda members pursued him on foot. They managed to disarm and arrest him.
The man is currently detained at Tallaght Garda Station under Section 30 of the Offences Against the State Act, 1939-'98.
