A man is due to appear at Dun Laoghaire District Court this afternoon, 7th April, charged in relation to an incident at a house on Patricks Street, Dun Laoghaire in the early hours of April 5th, involving alleged threats to kill and unlawful possession of a firearm.
Gardaí carried out a search of a house on 6th April and discovered what they believed to be a firearm. A man in his 40s was arrested and detained under Section 30 of the Offences Against The State Act, 1939. He will appear in court later today.
