An investigation is underway following a disturbance in Mullingar, Co. Westmeath, on the 5th April 2014.
At approximately 11.30am Gardaí were called to the scene of a dispute involving a number of individuals outside a house at Ardleigh Crescent, Mullingar. Two males (aged in their 20s) and a female (20s) were admitted to Hospital with injuries (non life threatening) following the incident.
A male aged in his 20s was later arrested by Gardaí and is currently detained under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1984, at Mullingar Garda Station.
