Witness Appeal - Serious injury collision at Bishopstown, Cork on the 23/1/13

Gardai in Bishopstown investigating a serious road traffic collision on the 23.01.13 at Curraheen Rd wish to appeal for witnesses.

At approximately 18.50 a male in his 80’s was struck by a motor car as he crossed the Curraheen Road.  He was taken to Cork University Hospital with injuries described as serious.  He remains in a stable condition.  The driver was uninjured.
