Campaign Launch – ‘Home Safe Home’ Burglary Prevention on the 19/11/12

On Monday, the 19th November 2012 there was an open session of the Dublin City Joint Policing Committee at City Hall, Council Chamber, Dame Street, Dublin 2.

Following the formal proceedings of the Joint Policing Committee the following members were available for interview.

The Dublin City Policing Committee was set up in 2006 and its function is to serve as a forum for consultation, discussions and recommendations on matters affecting policing and public safety in the City Council’s administrative area.


The committee consists of Councillors, TD’s, Senator, Local Authority Officials, Senior Gardai and representatives from the community and business sectors.

• Launch of the " Home Safe Home" Campaign and Safety Tips leaflet
