Gardaí at Clonmel are investigating all the circumstances surrounding the discovery of the body of a male in his 40’s at an apartment block at New Quay, Clonmel, Co. Tipperary.
The discovery was made at approximately 6.45am this morning, Wednesday, the 18th January 2012.
The scene has been preserved and the services of the Garda Technical Bureau and the State Pathologist have been requested.
A related scene was identified at an apartment on Abbey Street nearby. It is also being preserved.
