Gardai in Oughterard investigating the murder of John Kenny on the 25th September 2011 in Oughterard have arrested a male in his late 30's.
He was arrested in Galway city this evening the 28th Sept 2011 and is being detained in Mill St Garda station, Galway under the provisions of section 30 of the Offences Against the State Act 1939 as amended.
