Gardai in Kilkenny are investigating a serious assault that occurred at Lower New Street Apartments on Wednesday evening at approximately 9 p.m, the 12th October 2011.
A male (21 years) was seriously injured with a stab wound and was removed to St. Luke’s Hospital, Kilkenny where he is receiving treatment.
Three persons (two men and one woman) have been arrested and detained at Kilkenny and Thomastown Garda Station under Section 3 of Non-Fatal Offences Against the Person Act, 1997. They are all in their early 20’s.
