Missing person - Mark McGowan, Carlingford, Louth

Mark was last seen at approx 9.45pm on Monday, the 10th October 2011 when he went out on his Kayak onto Carlingford Lough at Ghan Road, Carlingford.

Mark is described as 5'11", average build, blue eyes, bleach blonde hair, tattoo of a fighting Irish leprechaun on his arm.
