Gardai in Store Street investigating the abduction of 29 year old Ciaran Noonan on Russell Avenue on Thursday 20th October 2011 have this morning arrested a female (early 20's) in the city this morning Saturdy 29th October, 2011.
She is presently detained under Section 4 Criminal Justice Act, 1984 at Store Street Garda station.
