Fatal Road Traffic Collision Adare 17/6/2011 deceased named

Gardai investigating a fatal road traffic collision which occurred at Adare Co Limerick on the 17th June 2011 have named the deceased as Mr Patrick Mahu, aged 54 years, from Dooradoyle, Co. Limerick.
