Gardai in Cavan investigating the death of an 82yr old man at Cavan General Hospital on the 27th June 2011 have charged a 47yr old in connection with the death.
He will appear before Cavan District Court today, the 28th June 2011 at 10.30am.

Gardaí in Cavan are investigating the full circumstances surrounding the discovery of the body of a 82 yr old man at the Mental Health Services at Cavan General Hospital this morning at 7am. (27/6/11).
A man in his 40’s has been arrested in connection with the death as is currently detained at Cavan Garda Station under Section 4 Criminal Justice Act 1984.
