Drug trafficking in Limerick - Arrests

As part of an on going operation into Drug Trafficking Gardai in Limerick assisted by the Garda National Drugs Unit carried out a number searches and arrested 16 people (4 females and 12 males) in Limerick today, the 18th February 2011.

Thirteen of these (3 females 11 males) have been charged and have appeared before Limerick District Court today 18th Feb. 3 still remain in custody<_o3a_p>

Supt Frank O Brien who is leading the investigation in <_st13a_place>Limerick said today<_o3a_p>
