Four males arrested for conspiracy to rob in Greystones, Wicklow on the 14/12/11 - Charges

Three males have been charged in relation to incident in Greystones on the 14th December 2011.

Gardai attached to the Organised Crime Unit (OCU), Harcourt Square assisted by a number of National Units arrested 4 males for conspiracy to rob a commercial premises in Greystones on the 14th December 2011.

 
The 17 yr old male has been released without charge.  The three other males have been charged and will appear before a special sitting of Bray District Court at 12.30pm on the 16th December 2011.

Gardai attached to the Organised Crime Unit (OCU), Harcourt Square assisted by a number of National units this evening the 14th Dec 2011 arrested 4 males.

They are arrested for conspiracy to rob a commercial premises in Greystones on the 14th December 2011.
  
The males were arrested at approx 9.10pm this evening, the 14/12/11.  All 4 are being detained under the provisions of Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act 1984 as amended. Three males (21, 31 and 37 yrs) are being detained in Bray Garda station, the fourth male(17yrs) is being detained at Wicklow Garda station. 
 
Baseball bats and a hatchet were recovered at the scene.  A Garda car was damage in the incident but no injuries were recieved.
