Serious Collision at Naas, Kildate on the 8/8/11 - Witnesses Sought

Gardai in Naas are seeking witnesses to a collision which occurred on Monday, the 8th of August 2011 at 7.00a.m.

A 78 year old female pedestrian was seriously injured when she was struck by a car at the junction of Loch Buí and Fairgreen Street.  The injured woman was taken to Naas General Hospital

The driver of the car, a blue 06 D reg 5 series BMW, was not injured.

Gardai are asking anyone who was in the area of Loch Buí and Fairgrees Street this morning or anyone who has information to contact them at Naas Garda Station on 045 884300.
