A 30 year old woman is expected to appear before a sitting of Galway District Court this morning charged following an incident at Satlhill, Galway, on 31/7/11.

Gardai in Salthill Garda Station are investigating all the circumstances following the discovery of the body of a male in his 50’s at an apartment complex on Upper Salthill in Galway at approximately 10.30pm on the 31.07.11.
The scene has been preserved and the Garda Technical Bureau and the Office of the State Pathologist has been notified.
A woman in her 30’s was arrested at the scene and is currently detained at Galway Garda Station under the provisions of Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act 1984.
