Gardaí at Kevin Street, Dublin 8 are investigating a serious assault which occurred at Lennox Street, Dublin 8 at approximately 4.55am on Sunday, the 29 August 2010.
A 22 year old man was seriously assaulted and was admitted to Hospital with serious facial injuries.
Gardaí are anxious to trace three men who may be in a position to help them with their enquiries.
The first man is described as being in his early 20’s, 5’ 8" in height with dark facial hair; he was wearing a red check shirt, dark jeans and spoke with a Dublin accent.
The second man was also described as being in his early 20’s and was wearing a pale blue shirt, dark jeans and also spoke with a Dublin accent.
The third man wore dark jeans and is not better described.
The three men left the scene in the direction of Stamer Street and onto the South Circular Road in the direction of Harrington Street.
