One man is expected to appear before a special sitting of Tullamore District Court this evening (21/9/10) at 8pm charged in connection with the incident which occurred in Tullamore yesterday (20/9/10)
The other two men who were been detained have been released without charge today (21/9/10).

Gardaí at Tullamore are investigating an incident that occurred this morning, 20th September 2010, at approximately 11am.
An altercation occurred in the Arden View housing estate in Tullamore, Co. Offaly, involving up to 10 individuals.
As a result a man in his 20's received stab wounds and was taken to Tullamore General Hospital. He died there a short time later.
Three men have been arrested and are being detained at Tullamore Garda Station under section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act.
Investigations are continuing.
