Fatal road traffic collision Littleton, Co Tipperary 29th Oct 2010

Gardai in Thurles are investigating the circumstances of a fatal road traffic collision which occurred at Ballybeg, Littleton, Thurles on 29th October, 2010.

Shortly after 11am on the 29th October 2010 a minibus collided with a female pedestrian (58yrs), she was pronounced dead at the scene. Her body was removed to <_st13a_place _w3a_st="on"><_st13a_placename _w3a_st="on">Waterford</_st13a_placename> <_st13a_placename _w3a_st="on">Regional</_st13a_placename> <_st13a_placetype _w3a_st="on">Hospital</_st13a_placetype></_st13a_place> for a post mortem examination on the 30th October 2010. No one else was injured  in the collision. There were six passengers on the bus at the time of the collision.

The road was closed for a Forensic collision examination and was later re-opened.<_o3a_p></_o3a_p>
