Gardai at Tipperary Garda Station investigating the fatal stabbing have made an arrest.
A man in his 40's will appear at a sitting of Tipperary District Court at 10.30 a.m on the 24th March, charged in relation to the death of Sean Murphy at Lattin, Co. Tipperary on the 17th January 2010.

Gardai at Tipperary Garda Station are investigating a fatal stabbing that occurred at Lattin, Co. Tipperary on the 17/1/10 at approximately 9.30pm.
A male in his late 20's was fatally stabbed in the street outside his house following an altercation. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The scene has been preserved for a technical examination and the office of the State Pathologist has been notified. The body is currently at the scene.
A male in his 40’s was arrested a short time later at the scene and is currently detained under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act 1984 at Tipperary Garda Station.
