Gardai investigating the fatal road traffic collision that occurred on the 13.03.10 near Belturbet, Co. Cavan at approximately 7.30pm wish to appeal for witnesses.
Gardai are particularly keen to speak to two men who stopped and offered assistance following the collision.

Gardai have named the woman killed in a road traffic collision near Belturbet, Co. Cavan on the 13/3/10.
She has been named as 67 year old Mavis Rolston from Garvarry Hill, Enniskillen, Co. Fermanagh.

Gardai at Belturbet, Co. Cavan are investigating a single vehicle fatal road traffic collision that occurred on the N3 at Aghalane, Belturbet at approximately 7.30pm this evening, the 13/3/10.
A woman in her 60’s was fatally injured when her own car rolled forward and collided with her after she has come to a stop at the side of the road and walked to the front of her car.
She was pronounced dead at the scene. There were no other vehicles involved. A female passenger in the same car was uninjured.
Gardai have closed this section of road and expect diversions to be in place overnight. Garda Forensic Collision Investigators are expected at the scene.
