Gardai at Mullingar are investigating a single vehicle fatal road traffic collision which occurred on the N52 at Cloghan, Mullingar, Co. Westmeath this morning, the 7th March, 2010.
A 26yr old male was seriously injured when the car he was driving collided with a wall. He was taken by Ambulance to Mullingar Hospital where he later passed away.
The scene of the accident has re-opened following examination by Gardai Forensic Collision Investigators.
Gardai are appealing to anyone who travelled on the N52, at Cloghan near Mullingar this morning, the 7/3/10 between 6am and 715am to contact them.
