Gardai at Togher in Cork are investigating a single vehicle fatal road traffic collision which occurred at Carr’s Hill, Carrigaline, Co. Cork at approximately 2.50am this morning, the 1st March 2010.
The 21yr old male driver was fatally injured after the car he was driving collided with a wall. The front seat male (21yrs) passenger was injured and taken to Cork University Hospital, his injuries are not believed to be life threatening. No other persons were involved.
The road is currently closed and diversions are in place pending an examination by Gardai Forensic Collision Investigators.
